GEMINI System produced by ALURON Ltd. is an innovation system of wooden and aluminium windows. Thanks to alu-cladding on the external part, windows have are more resistant to weather conditions.

The window construction is based on a certain idea of joining two - wooden and aluminium - independent frames.

In general, it is the window which could turn on its axis in such a way the washing became easier and more secure. You can stand inside and clean the window on the outside.

H-window side wing

The window opens by a handle on the side, and it can be closed in a smaller ventilating position by an espagnolett. The side wing window has child safety lock as standard. If the window opens toward this, the opening will be about 80mm. The window sash can be reversed 180 degrees for cleaning without intruding into the room or disturbing curtains, blinds or ornaments. The child safety opening restrictor is automatically engaged when the sash is turned 180 degrees for washing.

The external cladding is anodised or powder-coated. The surface treatment, in addition to the fact that aluminium itself develops a protective layer, makes exterior maintenance minimal. Dirt and soil, especially in urban areas with air-borne pollution, can be removed with ordinary detergents. Scratches and marks can be painted over with a brush for the sake of appearances. No other maintenance other than general decoration is needed.
